GUINSA - KOREA
Guinsa or Kuinsa is located in a scenic grove on Mt. Sobaeksan at an elevation of 708 meters. It was built in 1945 as the headquarters of the Cheontaejong, a sect of Korean Buddhism. The main teaching of the temple is aimed at showing people how to find Buddhahood in everyday life. The temple has 50 buildings. Among them are modern cooking facilities capable of feeding 10,000 people at a time.
